  • Exit the TeamViewer program if it is running.
  • Click on Start > Type %appdata% > Find the TeamViewer folder and delete it.
  • Click on Start > Find the registry entry located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > TeamViewer and remove the 'teamviewerregistry' folder.
  • Change the MAC address (ID) of your Ethernet (LAN) card.
  • Restart the program and you will get a new ID.
